If you pay attention to your surroundings, you will find many people doing things that are worthy of being appreciated. When you give a sincere compliment to someone who has done something that you have admired, it helps build trust between you and that person. It's human psychology!
Not just the complimented person smiles when receiving a compliment, the person who is giving the compliment smiles too. It is nearly impossible to tell someone that their smile is pretty without smiling yourself. Try it, if you doubt it!
Complimenting someone with sincerity shows off a person's characteristics as an optimistic and easy-going individual. Both of these traits are a push to being likable. People would like to be around someone nice and caring. Complimenting someone is all about being nice, isn't it? Sure, it is!
When you give a compliment to someone, it might only be a sweet phrase or an encouraging sentence to you, but the receiver takes it for more than just that. Compliments are so powerful that they stay a long way with the receiver, just enough to make them smile whenever they think about it. It makes them feel seen, and their efforts recognized.
Compliments are a language of love including tiny gestures that hold the ability to make some happy for the rest of their lives whenever it crosses their minds. When you are giving compliments to people, you are becoming the source of love by spreading love, kindness, motivation, and many other important emotions to the world.
Just like any other letter, the compliment letter will also be started by adding the basic and essential details of the sender including the sender's address, phone number, etc., and then you would have to add the receiver's similar details.
Start the body of the letter by asking about their current state of health, general introductory words. In the following paragraph, state their achievements in specific that you want to appreciate and compliment them for. Tell them how you feel about it. Say some encouraging words that will help them stay motivated in the future.
End the body by wishing them the very best of luck for their future along with other well-wishes.
In the end, sign off by adding your name, and your signature.
